STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE OF TICKET

Tickets advertised on our website at www.ticketeast.co.uk are sold by us, namely NBO Ltd (company number ######) are subject to the following.

NBO Ltd is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

We will notify you either by telephone, in writing, or by online confirmation. If we accept your order and acceptance will be deemed to have been effectively communicated to you when we make that communication to you. Such acceptance remains subject to the condition that tickets are available for the performances selected by you until such time as tickets have been issued to you.

No order will be accepted until we have received payment of the whole of the price of the ticket/s you order

By accepting your order we create a legally binding contract between ourselves and you.

Tickets advertised on this website are advertised by us as an agency for a third party.

The placing of an order by you by whichever means will constitute your consent to our passing on such details to the third party. Your tickets will inform you on whose behalf we are acting as agent and with whom your contract is made.

If you are ordering tickets which you have seen advertised by us on our website, by contacting us and placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions of the use of our website shown elsewhere on our website which relate to the material and information displayed on our website.

When ordering tickets on our website, the website will not prevent you making infeasible bookings such as tickets to either different performances at the same time or a show which was not your preferred choice. If an erroneous booking is made a refund will not be given under any circumstances.

PRICE AND DISPATCH

Tickets will normally be dispatched to the address given by you when you place your order unless the date of the performance for which you have ordered tickets is within seven days, in which case you must collect the tickets from the appropriate box office at the venue you are visiting. You will be informed of this.

NBO will pass on to the promoter the payment of the full face value of the ticket price immediately. NBO will hold back the booking and transaction fees. Under no circumstances will the booking fees and transaction charges be refunded if the show is cancelled. In the unlikely event of a show to be cancelled NBO will notify you of the promoter’s details and all monies of the face value of the ticket will need to be refunded from the promoter.

You are recommended to take out the special postal delivery system.

All tickets will be posted by Royal Mail First Class. There is no guarantee that your tickets will reach you by Royal Mail First Class post. If you do not receive your tickets from this type of post we will not re-issue replacement tickets

Once you have received your tickets you should check them and inform us of any errors within 7 working days.

DESCRIPTION OF SALES

We are a ticket agency selling tickets for third parties to concerts and theatre productions.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All tickets are non-refundable, non exchangeable and non - transferable.

However in the unlikely event of a cancellation we will upon request notify you of the promoters contact details for a refund of the face value of tickets. All booking fees are non-refundable.

PERFORMANCES

The taking of photographs and recordings are strictly forbidden unless authorized by the promoter in writing. You consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself in the audience.

The promoter of each show reserve the right to refuse admission to you, request that you leave the venue and make alterations to the advertised details of the performance [including Principles and performers] without notice.

If at any time the performance is cancelled, postponed, suspended or delayed for any reason NBO Ltd will not make any refunds or be liable for any loss caused by such postponement, cancellation, delay or suspension.

All tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the Third Party we are acting as a ticket agency for.

All outdoor events have restrictions such as no Barbecues, umbrellas, gazebos, tented structures, windbreakers and any glass container.

You must contact the promoter to obtain any further information regarding traffic approaches, parking and disabled facilities. Any information on our web site cannot be regarded as accurate.

All tickets are non refundable, non exchangeable and non transferable.

You should assume [unless otherwise notified] that the performance will not be cancelled or postponed in the event of inclement weather conditions. If any performance is cancelled or postponed due to the above all refunds of the face value of the ticket is to be collected from the promoter. All booking fees and transaction fees are non refundable.

In view of areas at any venue with restricted viewing should be taken up with the Third party.

No liability is accepted in relation to the tickets advertised or sold by us as agents for a Third party or for any aspect of the relationship between you and that Third party.

We do not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access our web site.

We will do our best to correct any errors and omissions on our part as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. We do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions however caused.

We reserve the right to change information of listed shows at any time.
