PRICE AND DISPATCH

Tickets will normally be dispatched to the address given by you when you place your order unless the date of the performance for which you have ordered tickets is within seven days, in which case you must collect the tickets from the appropriate box office at the venue you are visiting. You will be informed of this.
National Box Office will pass on to the promoter the payment of the full face value of the ticket price immediately. National Box Office will hold back the booking and transaction fees. Under no circumstances that if any performance is cancelled the booking fees and transaction charges will be refunded. In the unlikely event of a show to be cancelled National Box Office will notify you of the promoter’s details and all monies of the face value of the ticket will need to be refunded from the promoter.
You are recommended to take out the special postal delivery system.
All tickets will be posted by Royal Mail First Class. There is no guarantee that your tickets will reach you by Royal Mail First Class post. If you do not receive your tickets from this type of post we will not re-issue replacement tickets
Once you have received your tickets you should check them and inform us of any errors within 7 working days.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All tickets are non-refundable, non exchangeable and non - transferable.
However in the unlikely event of a cancellation we will upon request notify you of the promoters contact details for a refund of the face value of tickets. All booking fees are non-refundable
